1. Ginger Beer Margaritas: We love this refreshing twist on an old favourite, and Dad will too.
You need – 1 cup of each Ginger beer, Good Cocktail Margarita, tequila, and salt for your rim (a must)
This recipe is so easy to make. Just line your rim with lime juice and salt and then add all of your ingredients with ice to a large glass or cocktail shaker and stir (as to not erupt your ginger beer – lesson learned). Then pour over more ice, garnish with lime, and stir.
2.  Pepper-Spiced Paloma: Fathers Day celebrations definitely calls for something refreshing, and this paloma surely does the trick. Tequila, grapefruit juice and spicy pepper will give Dad a real kick!
You need
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (which is about 1 lime, juiced)
  • A good sprinkling of ground pepper, the spicier the better
  • 1 Cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup silver or blanco tequila
  • 1 cup soda water
Add all of your ingredients except the soda, with ice, to a large glass or cocktail shaker and shake. Then pour over more ice, garnish with lime, and stir.

3. Gin Rickey: Not for the faint of heart, this classic is simple but strong. If your Dad is more of a whiskey drinker, feel free to sub bourbon for the gin
You need
Shake ingredients and strain into a glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge. Also consider adding absinthe rinse to the glass and a mint garnish for what would then be a Tritter's Rickey.

4. Dark and Stormy: This rum and ginger beer thirst-quencher comes to us by way of Bermuda and is guaranteed to please!
