Spring is in the air, and with it comes a season of renewal, celebration, and, of course, Easter. This year, we're taking your Easter celebrations to new heights with an exclusive cocktail collection which promises to add an extra sparkle to your gatherings. Good Cocktail Co, in collaboration with the lovely ladies at 'Two Cocktails Please', are thrilled to bring a lineup of Easter-themed cocktails that are as delightful to look at as they are to drink. 

Whether you're hosting an elegant Easter brunch, a laid-back garden party, or simply enjoying a quiet moment of reflection, our carefully curated selection offers something for every occasion.

Mojito Lovers

Easter Garden Mojito

Ingredients: 

  • 2 parts Mojito cocktail mixer
  • 1 part white rum
  • 1 shot of elderflower juice/liquor/cordial
  • Prosecco
  • Garnish with edible flowers and a sprig of mint.
Instructions:

Combine Mojito cocktail mixer, elderflower and rum in a shaker with ice. Top up with Prosecco, a splash of soda water, stir gently, and garnish with Garnish with edible flowers and a sprig of mint.
OPTIONAL: Edible Flower Ice Cubes: Freeze edible flowers in ice cubes and add them to the cocktail.

 

Passionfruit Mojito Fizz


Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Mojito cocktail mixer 
  • 1 part white rum
  • Fresh passionfruit
  • Prosecco
Instructions:
Combine Mojito cocktail mixer, rum, passionfruit in a shaker with ice. Top up with Prosecco, a splash of soda water and garnish with garnish with a sprig of mint.

Strawberry Daiquiri Lovers

Berry Lemonade Fizz 

Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer 
  • 1 shot of limoncello
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish with mixed berries and a lemon twist.
Instructions:
Shake Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer and limoncello with ice. Strain, pour and top up with a splash of soda water and garnish with mixed berries and a lemon twist.
OPTIONAL: Pastel Ribbon Accents: Tie pastel-coloured ribbons around the stem or base of the glass to add a decorative Easter touch!

Easter Bunny Breeze


Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer
  • 1 shot of coconut rum
  • Splash of soda water
  • Marshmallow bunny or regular marshmallows on the rim.
Instructions:
Combine Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer and rum in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain, top up with a splash of soda water, stir gently, and garnish with marshmallows.

Cosmo Lovers 

Carrot Cake Cosmo

Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Cosmo cocktail mixer
  • 1 shot of vodka
  • Splash of soda water
Instructions:
Mix Cosmo cocktail mixer and vodka in a shaker with ice. Rim the glass with icing/frosting and biscuits (Digestive, Granita Biscuits or any other plain, sweet biscuit (try the Arnott's range) for a cake-like touch. Strain, pour, top up with soda  water.

Margarita Lovers

Carrot Cake Delight

Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Margarita cocktail mixer
  • 1 shot of spiced rum
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish with a cinnamon-sugar rim and small decorative carrot slice on the rim.
Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker, ice and shake. Garnish glass with a mix of sugar
and cinnamon, strain and pour. Top up with soda water. Add carrot slice. 

Easter Garden Party

Ingredients: 
  • 2 parts Margarita cocktail mixer
  • 1 shot of gin
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish with cucumber ribbons and mint leaves for a refreshing garden vibe.
Instructions:
Combine Margarita cocktail mixer and gin in a shaker with ice. Top up with a splash of soda water. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
